Apply for Services

To begin the application process, contact Hilary Christian, Director of Outreach and Community Access, at 410-296-2272, ext. 5214 or hchristian@arcofbaltimore.org.

For services other than Family Support or Respite Care please complete The Arc of Baltimore's Application for Services.

Note: If you have not already applied for services through the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), you will also need to fill out the Developmental Disabilities Administration application.

The DDA application is online at Developmental Disabilitities Administration website or contact The Arc of Baltimore's Outreach Department at
410-296-2272, ext. 5214 or hchristian@arcofbaltimore.org. You can also call DDA directly at 410-902-4500.

The Arc of Baltimore outreach staff can assist you in completing these applications and can come to your home if necessary. We also have staff fluent in many different languages to assist non-English speaking individuals.
