Gilbert F. Kennedy, III is currently the Board President of The Arc of Baltimore. Gil has served in a number of capacities in the Banking Industry, since graduating from Loyola College, BA and MBA, in 1980. Currently, Gil is a Senior Lender with Bay National Bank, a Lutherville based Commercial Bank. Gil also serves as Vice Chair of the Commission on Disablitiles in Harford County and is also a Board Member of Best Buddies Maryland.

Stephen H. Morgan, Executive Director, has served in such position with The Arc of Baltimore since 1985 and previously was employed by The Arc of Baltimore since 1972. He received a BA degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in 1972 and an MA, in Clinical Psychology from Loyola College, Baltimore, Maryland in 1980. He has served as president and continues as a Board member of: the National Conference of Executives of the Arc's, the Maryland Association of Community Services, the Maryland Association of Nonprofit Organizations, the Baltimore County Police Athletic League, the Maryland Chapter of the American Association on Mental Retardation and the Maryland Conference of Executives of The Arc. He chairs the Community Services Advisory Commission and served ten years on the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Council.
